Enoch Ofori Awuah
(Lead Executive Officer)
Enoch Ofori Awuah is currently the Lead Executive Officer for the foundation. He is a medical laboratory scientist who graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He aspires to be a renowned research scientist who would advance the course of science for the benefit of the world. He believes that right mentorship and assistance is undoubtedly essential in bringing out breathtaking research findings which are necessary for world development.
Peggy Arthur
(Director of Mentorship Program)
Peggy is the Director of TiDi Foundation's mentorship program. She has a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry is currently a PhD student in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Florida A&M University . Her research interests includes drug formulation strategies for cancers and ocular diseases. She is extremely passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Shadrack Mintah
(Head of Operations)
Shadrack Mintah is the Head of Operations. He is a computer scientist with bachelor’s degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He has extensive experience and management skills derived from his years of working in wide variety of professional capacity in both private and public sector. His primary goal in life is to be able to apply algorithmic and other computational problem-solving techniques across many disciplines. He’s currently a health informatician at Trust Care Hospital in Kumasi, as well as serving as the Head of Operations of TiDi Foundation. As the Head of Operations, he’s responsible for formulating strategies to promote public presence of the Foundation, developing technological solutions that will enhance the collaborative and an integrative interaction of persons in different locations affiliated with the Foundation.
Frederick Ennin
(Associate Director)
Frederick Ennin is an Associate Director of the Foundation. He obtained his bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology from KNUST. He has served as the president of the Federation of Medical Laboratory Science Students Associations’ in Ghana. He is a great team player and loves to solve issues that affect humanity through effective problem solving and collaboration.
Bernard Nketiah
(Associate Director)
Bernard Nketiah is an Associate Director of the Foundation. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology from University of Cape Coast, where he conducted his thesis on antioxidant capacity of, as well as anti-bacterial susceptibility to essential oils extracted from Lantana camara leaves. Bernard believes that effective implementation of research findings can tremendously cause societal change in Ghana.
Ebenezer Senu
(National Coordinator)
Ebenezer Senu is the National Coordinator for the foundation. As a National Coordinator, he oversees the activities of students who are supported by the Foundation. This includes, but not limited to, contacting awardees and checking with the progress of their research, coordinating events organized by or in collaboration with the Foundation, as well as liaising with organizations that are affiliated to the Foundation. Ebenezer has previously served as a Volunteer for the foundation. As a volunteer, he coordinated the activities of students at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, who are supported by the foundation. He is currently a BSc. Medical Laboratory Technology Student at KNUST. Aside TiDi Foundation, Ebenezer has also served as research correspondent to Ashanti Region for National Health Students Associations of Ghana (NASHAG). He was also a member for National Research and Policy Planning Team for NASHAG. In addition, he has served as President for KNUST Medical Laboratory Technology Students’ Association (2019/2020), and Health Officer for KNUST Faculty of Allied Health (2019/2020). He believes that uncovering the unknown through medical research is key to improve quality health care delivery globally.

TiDi Foundation is currently looking for a National Representative who will coordinate activities of the Foundation in Ghana. Specific roles include monitoring the progress of supported projects, assigning duties to volunteers as may be needed. Applications can also be submitted via email to apply@tidifoundation.org.
